The Poseiden Foundation Dreams 2 Reality program teams up with professional and amateur athletes who want to give back to the community by working with the youth to help them make their dreams come true.

 

The athletes go on tour throughout the United States and Internationally to meet with youth from all types of socio-economic backgrounds. We currently have visited 14 countries and have impacted tens of thousands of youth from around the world.  

 

Each unique Dreams 2 Reality event offers youth the opportunity to interact and engage with their skateboarding icons either as a group or one-on-one. The youth meet and greet the athletes and learn directly how they accomplished their dreams. Dreams 2 Reality helps youth make their dreams come true by giving them a platform to engage with their role models to see what pathways they took, their challenges, and how they persevered.  

 

The youth are encouraged by the athletes to explore their worth, passions, and dreams. Together they build the confidence to believe that you can dream something up and through perseverance, make it a reality. 

 

The Poseiden Foundation believes in the importance of the ripple effect. By making a positive difference in one person’s life, it creates a chain reaction of positivity. When someone knows they can accomplish their dream, that’s when they can empower others in the community to believe in themselves, so they can accomplish their dreams too.
